No, we don't. In order to give our thousands of retailers a competitive edge, it is our policy and promise to deal with retail customers only. We want to help you grow!
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we will sell 1 tire or 100 tires. We have thousands of part numbers.
How do we become a customer?
Simply download the credit application, or call 1-800-231-2295 ext. 2 and ask a customer service representative to send one to you. Applications are normally processed within two days.
How do we get our order?
We deliver tires to your door for free or come see us and pick them up.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Call Customer Service at 1-800-231-2295 ext. 2 and they will guide you through the process.
Is it really that easy to get started with Rudolph Tire?
Yes, that's why we're growing! No paper work, no minimum orders, no yearly quotas. Just great prices and great service!
How do you handle adjustments?
Just send the adjustable tires to us with adjustment forms completed. We will then issue a credit according to the manufacturers adjustment policy.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
Yes, call your customer service representative for details.
What do we do if we get an order and we have a shortage?
Easy. Simply sign the bill from freight company "short" with a description of the tire missing. Fax over this freight bill to our customer service dept. and you're done. We'll take it from there!
