Q. Do you sell tires to the general public or have retail outlets?
A. No, we don't. In order to avoid competition to our customers, it is our policy and promise to deal with customers only. We are a tire wholesale company and we do business with businesses only. Please don't hesitate to ask your local dealer to purchase from Rudolph Tire to get the best pricing possible!
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. No, but our minimum order to get prepaid freight is 24 tires. We have thousands of part numbers. All you have to do is pick a total of 24 or more out of this huge selection and mix them however you wish. We will gladly fulfill orders of less than 24 tires; however, freight costs are charged on these orders.
Q. How do we become a customer?
A. Simply download the credit application, or call 1-800-231-2295 ext. 2 and ask a customer service representative to fax one to you. Applications are normally processed within two days.
Q. How do we get our order?
A. We ship tires via common carrier. If you submit your order by 3:00 p.m. CST, we will usually ship it out the same day.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes. Call Customer Service at 1-800-231-2295 ext. 2 and they will guide you through the process.
Q. Who pays the shipping?
A. We do! On orders of 24 or more tires, we'll take care of shipping costs. Any orders below the 24 minimum will be invoiced plus freight.
Q. Do you offer payment terms?
A. Yes. We offer 30-60 net 10th terms on orders of 24 or more. All others are 30 day net 10th.
Q. Is it really that easy to get started with Rudolph Tire?
A. Yes, that's why we're growing! No paper work, no big minimum orders, no yearly quotas. Just great prices and great service!
Q. How do you handle adjustments?
A. Just send the adjustable tires to us with adjustment forms completed. We will then issue a credit according to the manufacturers adjustment policy.
Q. Do you ship C.O.D.?
A. Yes, call your customer service representative for details.
Q. What do we do if we get an order and we have a shortage?
A. Easy. Simply sign the bill from freight company "short" with a description of the tire missing. Fax over this freight bill to our customer service dept. and you're done. We'll take it from there!
Q. What states do you ship to?
A. All 48 states in the continental U.S. We sell to thousands of customers throughout the country.
